Lacy’s Fli Girl CGC AX AXJ NAP NJP PDI PSI HSAs NDD FDX (Lacy’s Christian X Lacy’s Taff)
Photo by Gary Campbell Photography Fli is our first little Border Collie girl born in October of 2001. She came from Lacy’s Border Collie Farm in Virginia. She is one of those very sweet Border Collie’s that just melts in your arms, but when it comes to working she is all business. Fli has her Canine Good Citizen’s and has titles in agility, herding, flyball and dock diving. She and Will have successfully competed together in agility and dock diving earning many titles. They're an awesome team!!! Fli is small, measuring at 18 inches with a pretty black and white medium rough coat – you know she’s a girl when you meet her! She is obsessed with the tennis ball and herding the cats. Fli passed her therapy dog test in the Spring of 2010 and regularly makes visits for hospice and the Jasper County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs. When she went to her very first therapy dog visit, she had lots of people wanting to pet her but Fli went over to the older blind woman in the corner. This woman had not called out to her and could not see her but Fli put her head close to the woman's hand and they made a connection. Fli knew this person needed her.
